Not the first ticket opened for this issue (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, ...) but I can't load the "Jira Cloud for Excel" add-on :
I tried numerous things :
- reboot the computer
- delete/re-introduce the add-on in Excel
- delete the cache folder of Office in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef\
- generate a new excel file from Jira by "Open to Excel Desktop"
- ...
Can you please help me ? This functionnality is part of an important workflow.

They should be able to help resolve the issue.

I can't find the right page to open a ticket. Atlassian begin the vendor of this solution I'm being redirected here to open a ticket :
And I can't open a bug or a suggestion : I'm always redirected to the community page.
I land on this page : https://support.atlassian.com/
Then this one : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira/ct-p/jira
Hence the opening of this thread.
It's driving me nuts to have the add-on not working and not being able to correctly open a support ticket, can you help ?
