Jira Cloud for Excel

My Jira Cloud for Excel can't seem to log in to Jira for me to run the add-in. It seems to be stuck. I cleared my browser cache and revoke its access in Atlassian, but to no avail.

I think I'm stuck on not being able to access Jira from the add-in. The login process seems to be stuck. 

Is there anyway to reset my add-in access in Jira?

If you come across an issue with the Jira Cloud for Excel add-in, where the add-in simply displays the spinning wheel, I would suggest that you:

  1. Go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/apps to check your access for the add-in and revoke its access
  2. You may have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for the system to allow you to log back in

Thanks for your reply. I had the infamous spinning wheel when I launch Excel. I think it's working now because Atlassian must have barred me from logging in with the add-in because I had done it too many times.

After I waited 1 hour, it worked. Thanks again,
