My Jira Cloud for Excel can't seem to log in to Jira for me to run the add-in. It seems to be stuck. I cleared my browser cache and revoke its access in Atlassian, but to no avail.
I think I'm stuck on not being able to access Jira from the add-in. The login process seems to be stuck.
Is there anyway to reset my add-in access in Jira?

Thanks for your reply. I had the infamous spinning wheel when I launch Excel. I think it's working now because Atlassian must have barred me from logging in with the add-in because I had done it too many times.
