Jira Cloud for sheets not loading

As suggested here:

I cleared the cache id doesn't work.

I tried incognito on chrome it doesn't work, i tried safari it doesn't work

I get the same screenshot as:

I checked browser trouble shooting guide as well, nothing seems to work!

This was working fine for me, I am tracking a multi million dollar project with the help of this add on please make it work!

Have you reached out to Atlassian support? I wonder if there is some recent regression with sheets. I use Excel and that version works fine.
