Jira Cloud for sheets not working

Hello,

I'm trying to get some data through Jira cloud for sheets and it doesn't seem to be working. The plugin goes blank. Attached image.

I have a connection made with Data Studio so that this is automatic and the data does not appear correctly, it is the first time that it happens to me.

Do you know why it can be?

You can try to disable and re-enable the app to see if it helps.

Contact the vendor of the app for support.

As you have a connection made with Data Studio, this should be also investigated to find out where the error comes from
