Jira Cloud for sheets

Hello,

I need help.

I'm trying to use the Jira Cloud for sheets plugin, but it won't load.

My JIRA accesses are correct and I am having an authentication problem with Google. When I try to open it, it gives me an error as follows: Something went wrong! Error ID: 7d382549-c3d3-43c8-b8dd-bbd080e23e1e Hmmm... looks like we stumbled a bit, please try again or contact Atlassian support if the issue persists.

Can anyone help me?

Did you contact Atlassian Support? When did the issue start (could it be correlated to any upgrade or other changes)? Are others users experiencing the same?  Did you try different browsers or incognito?
