Jira Cloud migration

I need your recommandation on how to do an audit for cloud migration for Data Center Jira.

I would suggest using this guide.  https://www.atlassian.com/migration/plan/cloud-guide#atlassian-team 

It is important to run a few test migrations to develop check lists like:

• Number of projects match
• Number of issues match
• etc. 

Many of the items you will want to check can be done through the API - https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/rest/intro/ 

Once you have that in place you will need to construct a formal user acceptance testing checklist of items that you would like Admins, users, etc. to check.

Then run the migration once you have all of this in place.  The amount of work depends on the instance size.

Can you provide more information about what you mean by an audit?

Are you trying to prepare to migrate from DC to Cloud? If so, have you checked the resources that Atlassian provides?
