Jira Cloud resume backup download

Is it possible to resume backup downloading from Backup Manager?

I have huge backup, about 26G but I can only download about 3G and then download stops.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the behaviour you observe when creating a backup of your Jira Cloud instance please?

In my own opinion, your issue can be related to a timeout on your browser. So, if you don't mind using scripts, there are some scripts on Atlassian Labs' Bitbucket repo which can help you to create and download Confluence and Jira backups: https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/automatic-cloud-backup/src/master/
