Jira Cloud to Microsoft Teams not working

Recently I integrated Jira Cloud to MS Teams as follows:

In MS Teams:
- Teams > Manage Teams > Apps  and added Jira Cloud
- Set up Jira Cloud connector

Jira Cloud works fine from within MS Teams.

In Jira Cloud:
- Installed MS Team plugin
- Set up webhook with the URL given from connector above.

But when I updated a ticket associated with the project set up above, I don't see any notification appearing in Teams.

Can you anyone please pinpoint if I missed any steps above?
