Jira Cloud - unable to add and see watchers

HI,

we have Jira Cloud and we can't add and see watchers on issues.

I can setup Watcher Permission but if I open an issue I can't find the "Eye Icon" for watchers

you can close the issue. I managed to enable the watchers
