Jira Core Email Notifications Stopped Working

Good morning,

Our Jira Core (cloud hosted) notifications were working a week ago but have recently stopped. Interestingly, our Confluence email notifications continue to work.

Upon checking the email logs, I see that the connection is abruptly terminated/closed right before the message is accepted. Here's a snippet from our Exchange logs from when it did work (May 16th), and today. Does anyone have any idea what may have changed?
