Jira Core email notifications have an extra space character in a hyperlink

In Jira 8.8.0, I have a "Business" type project that sends out email notifications. In every single one of these, one of the links in the email has an extra space character that breaks the link to the issue. In the attached image, this link is circled in red.
Has this happened to anyone else?
