Hi

I have made custom field Host what get information from Reporter e-mail (Automation for Jira take Reporter e-mail host into Host custom field).

Now i like to make another automation what does not send e-mail when Host include value like companyx.com but when field is filled all another domain then is should send notification.

When i try to search this Host custom field, then i get notification "fieldname is not applicable fo the current project and/or issue type."

Hi @Urmo Luts - Without a screenshot of the rule, my first guess would be that your automation rule scope is for a single project and needs to be elevated to a Global Rule.
