Jira Dashboard Time line view of User Story Statistics by Status

I am looking for help in a Dashboard view that shows the following:

1. Timeline View - Daily, Weekly or Monthly of User Story Status

2. Each Status should show as a Trend Line e.g. User Story in Grooming Status would be one trend line, User Story in Progress will be another trend line and so on.

3. Option to show or hide each trend line on the Dashboard

4. Each trend line at a particular point of intersection with the date should reflect the # of issues in that status on that date or during that time.
