Jira Data center in an existing VPC (with public and private subnets) using Quick Start template

We have two options when we use quick start template for Jira Data Center installation.

1. Create with ASI

2.Create inside an existing ASI

We already have a VPC with public and private subnets. Can we use this quick start template into the existing VPC ?

Plz assist on this!
