Have anyone tried to install JIRA on clean windows server container ?

Hi @Simha Gontmacher,

I was using this: https://hub.docker.com/r/cptactionhank/atlassian-jira/ on a variety of Lab machines.

In the Dockerfile you see what's necessary:
https://hub.docker.com/r/cptactionhank/atlassian-jira/~/dockerfile/
