Jira Email Handler and Email This Issue addon

Hi,

currently I would like to handle the incoming Email and process them in Jira.

Email will sent using the Email This issue addon

user acount (POP/IMAP) and Mail Handler(using the classic mail handlers) are already configure in Jira but still not recieve Email in Jira.

do someone have an Idea what could be the Probleme please?

Hello there :)

I'm assuming you have followed the instructions stated HERE 

If technically everything is OK (step 9, test) then double check your permissions and make sure you have created dummy jira users for those people who are allowed to create issues in this fashion. In my experience that's the most common mistake.
