Has anyone received the following error? I cannot open a support request due to a 'hidden field not filled out' in their support form.
The OpenID Connect SSO plugin encountered an error while trying to perform the requested action:
OpenID Connect authorisation failed: Network error
Please check the possible resolutions below or contact your system administrator.
Hi @matthew_carpenter_txwd_uscourts_gov ,
I am Ashwini, part of the team of Jira OAuth SSO Addon from miniOrange, mentioned in the above comment.
Thanks, @Vero Rivas, for the mention.
It seems that your configurations of SSO with keycloak are not correct. You can try the miniOrange SSO app for easy configuration. We support OpenID SSO with keycloak along with support to pull user information and groups from Keycloak as well.
You can evaluate the app free from Atlassian Marketplace. Reach out to us for the free demo and SSO setup at atlassiansupport@xecurify.com or raise a request on the portal.
Thanks,
Ashwini
