Jira Error: "JIRA Agile is currently unavailable"

Hello Team,

We are currently running 6.3 version and from last two days onwards we are getting the below error pop-up banner and it haapend suddenly after restart the application server and unable to perfoem any sprint related tasks. Please help us on this. how to resolve this issue.

error message: 

JIRA Agile is currently unavailable. This might be because an upgrade task has failed to run or has not yet completed.

Please contact your system administrator if you continue to see this message.

Hi Srikanth,

is there any chance somebody has tried to update Apps via UPM and also clicked on the App responsible for Jira Agile? The error message suggests an upgrade has been started but not finished due to some reason.

Have you had the chance to check log files? The last time I saw this error message it gave some details on what is happening right now.

Unfortunately there could be many reasons as why the Boards are not loading and why the error message appears. In case you could share some details from logs maybe someone from Community can catch up on the specific problem.
