Hello, I have been using Jira to manage a software development project for a little over a year. We have never reached 10 people. We use the free version, which serves us very well, and everyone is an admin of the account. However, recently, everyone lost their admin role. No one can add or remove people. When clicking on settings, the following message appears: "You do not have access to Jira settings or Atlassian admin sections. Please contact the Jira administrator for access." But we are all admins of Jira. There is no specific person. Any tips on how to regain administration of this account?
I can see you are a member of a few different Atlassian Cloud sites, is this particular site in question matching the pattern of ze**-st*******.atlassian.net
If so, then you should be aware that the users Fer***** and Viv**** are the site-admins of that site. Both of these site-admins share the same domain as your email address. I hope this is sufficient to identify to you the individuals. If this is insufficient to identify these users to you, I'd recommend that you create a support ticket under https://support.atlassian.com/contact and the select the option for 'My Account'.
You can create a support case that way to request information about your site-admins if you can't easily identify them.

Yes, it helped. They are both colleagues at work. The person who created the account was Fernando. Can you tell me if Viviane and Fernando have exactly the same permissions? The message that appeared for me also appeared for her.

Those two other accounts are both site-admins. Which means they should have the ability to manage site settings and control which users are invited. However your account is not a site-admin, so I don't expect you can make these changes yourself.

Hello @RODOLFO VELOSO PEIXOTO
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
The Jira product exists within an Atlassian Cloud Organization. The person who originally deployed the Jira product (if Jira is all you have) would've been made an Administrator for the Organization.
When granting additional users access to Jira, the Organization Administrator would've designated them as Jira Users. With the Free subscription, this would also make them Project Administrators for all projects in the instance.
Additionally a user can be designated as a User Access Admin for Jira, as shown above.
Separately a user can be designated as a Jira Administrator by being granted access to the Jira Administration product.
If permissions have been revoked, you should contact the person designated as the Organization Administrator to get that resolved.
