Jira French Language Pack

I've installed the french language pack for Jira (v4.4). I've set my browser to French, but everything's still in English. Is there some configuration to be done, to enable the translations?

Hi,

To change the language go to Administration -> System -> General Conflguration , details available at http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Choosing+a+Default+Language
