We have a Jira-Gainsight integration that allows our CS team to view customer-initiated feature requests via Gainsight. One of the fields that we export to Gainsight is the customer field, however, it seems like we're limited to a single value field, i.e. we can only have a single customer per feature request. The workaround we currently use is duplicating feature requests per customer, which is obviously a bad solution, very cumbersome and not scalable.
I wonder if any of you had the same issue and if so, were you able to have a better solution.
