Jira Glitch need urgent help

Hi Guys,

So I removed a user from Jira some minutes ago but after deactivating the user, users are unable to create issues. They get an error message attached to this question.

The problem is that the field PAR Approver 1 is only associated to just one project and one screen, yet this error message pops up when create issues in all the projects.

Check your field configuration, and your workflows.  You may have them set up as a default value for a field (whether it's in the screens or not doesn't really matter, the field is still 'available' to all projects unless it's been limited by Context settings).

You might have a post-function/validator set up across different workflows, or something in your field configuration doing this.

You can also use the Permissions helper (press /  (period) while in a project, then type 'helper' to find the permissions helper, then go from there).
