Jira Goals Features

I have 2 questions on JIRA GOALS :

1. How can GOAL progress can be auto-updated based on the work items that are associated with he goals.  So for example if the sum percentage completion of all Epics delivering that goal is 80% complete .. can that 80% auto update the GOAL percentage completion?
2. I am trying to create filters to see what work items remain / contribute to a particular goal / parent goal(s) and the query does not work : my query is : 

   "Goals[Goals]" IN ("Cut the broker out and go direct").
