Jira Header 'Help' tab links to be replaced with another links.

I want to change the links present in the 'Help' tab with my own customized links. Please see the below screenshot.

Please let me know how can I do that?

Hello Bhushan,

This drop down menu was implemented in a system plugin, being more precise, in the "Atlassian JIRA - Plugins - Header Plugin" (com.atlassian.jira.jira-header-plugin). If you want to change it you have to build your own version... personally, I advise against any manipulation at this level.
