Jira Importing wrong dates

Trying to import data using standard import or external import issues.

Import is successful but dates are wrong.

example: original date is 15/05/2023 5:09:00 PM but date on issue is 15/Jan/23 12:05 AM

The month and the time are incorrect.

Why? How to fix it?

You didn't use the correct format for the date / time.

Google 'jira cloud import CSV date format' and read the articles on how to format dates and times in the CSV file before you import it.
