Jira Insight IQL find this month birtday people

Hi

Is it possible somehow to get users from insight with IQL ho have this month birtday. Birthday is right now as Sünnupäev field day/month/year. 

I like to sort people into Confluence like all aprill birthday people in one list.

In IQL you can use 

• startOfMonth()
• endOfMonth()

Intresting, i did try but did not find any users.

"Sünnipäev" > startOfMonth() AND "Sünnipäev" < endOfMonth() ORDER BY Eesnimi ASC

But when i look into insight, there is user with birthday in march.
