Jira Insight Recommended Labels to Print on

I am using Jira Insight (built in version) on Data Center and looking for recommendations on what label I should print my labels on.

I have a Dymo printer and looking at using Dymo 30330 (3/4 in x 2 in) but for the life of me I can not figure out what pixels to set the Label Template to. Everything turns out way too small when printing or too large and spans multiple stickers.

If there is a different recommended label, I am open to all suggestions and not tied down to the Dymo 30330 label.

I have looked at the documentation and it does not give much insight into what to set the pixels to or what a recommended label would be.  I can easily create a label but just don't know what size to make it.
