Hello, are you planning on releasing a new version that is compatible with Jira 7.12.0 in a near future? Do you know if there is any similar plugin that's currently available and compatible?

The Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools plugin has replaced this and provides improved functionality - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217696/troubleshooting-and-support-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview
The good news is this comes bundled with JIra 7.12 so you should be able to view your health checks.
