I've opened up a connection in Pivotal Tracker and can see issues in Pivotal that were originated in JIRA, but I can't see issues in JIRA from Pivotal. I've tried to follow the instructions to link them, but I don't see the Pivotal Tracker button in JIRA that is supposed to appear. What am I missing here?
