If there are no companies who make a product to integrate Glassbox with Jira, you'll need to hire a small team of developers to build a custom integration just for your company.
Don't worry. Those developers will know how to find all the necessary documentation, then they will read it to know what can be built and how to do it.
PS. They'll probably also advise you that it would be a waste of time building a custom integration into Jira Server, as that product has been discontinued and all support for it ends in a few months.
