Jira Issue Collector Email Notification

I have created an issue collector and embedded it on our website, the collector form is creating the issues in our Jira project correctly.  I am setup as the reporter and I'm not getting any email notifications when the issue is created, I have notifications enabled on my user profile settings

I also tried creating a notification scheme to send an email to a specific email address when an issue is created under project settings but that doesn't work either

Is there anything else I'm missing? I want at least one email notification to go out when an issue is created through the collector so my admins can take care of it.

I have the same problem.

The lead and the reporter do not receive notification when create an issue from an issue collector.
