Jira Issue Matrix Remote issue links not visible

Hello,

when using the Issue Matrix plugin in "Issue Links" mode, our custom remote issue links are not visible. Is there a setting for that or is it not possible to show remote issue links with the issue matrix plugin?

Hi Alexander,

Unfortunately Issue Matrix does not support remote links visualization. We have started to investigate possible implementations but I can not give you any ETA.

back in 2017 we were able to do it like that:

It looks like it was possible to show the system links with issue matrix and the rest with the original view (but not duplicated). Is this still possible?

Hi,

This looks correct. If the option "Hide Issue Links" is checked the default Jira panel will be hidden. In case you have an issue with remote links then only the links from the same Jira will be hidden and the remote links will still be visible in the default Jira panel.
