Hi Team,
We have a project which has different boards associated. Sprint and Kanban Boards.
We have a tickets which are appearing in the Sprint Board but the same ticket is not visible in Kanban Board. I have added the column to be visible in the Board and moved ticket status as well so that it can appear in ticket. What is the solution for this?
Regards,
Suma
As Sudarshan Suggested,
Hi Anvesh,
I see that filter query are diffrent for both the boards and also i see in Kanban board as fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY.

i think this is the issue.
You can change the filter same as Scrum board.
check who is the board owner , if you are Project admin you able to change ownership of board. or You can create a new Kanban board. same as scrum filter
No worries boards are just a place to display issues.

Hello @Suma Pralhad Kustagi
Can you check if the boards are based on a specific JQL query?
also have a look at - the status - column mapping for the boards.

Hi Sudarshan,
Yes I can see a JQL query for the same.
Its as below :
project = ABC AND labels not in (SA-Task) ORDER BY Rank ASC

good, now check the status mapping in both the boards.
and follow the steps suggested by @KAGITHALA BABU ANVESH that should give you some idea on how to proceed. :)
