Jira: Links to Pull Requests do not appear

Hi all, 

we  have upgraded to Jira 7.13.1 and since then, some issues in some projects don't have the pull request option and some do. Before the upgrade this was working good.

Jira is connected to Bitkbucket (5.4.8) and the projects have the same permission on this regard. I cannot find any useful info.

I've checked the info provided here and the requirements are followed. 

Any ideas?

In case this is useful for someone, the issue was solved by upgrading COMMIT-GRAPH plugin in Bitbucket:
