Jira Listeners fast track issue working fine while updating issue but not working for issue creation

I trying to move to issue to particular status. Based on some condition

I tried to that with fast track listener working fine for issue updated event but not on issue creation. 

Can you please let me know how can I trigger this for issue created event also.
