Jira Mail Handler for all the issues we receive via Email

Hello,

 

How can we have the reporter as Jira Mail Handler for all the Jira issues we have received thru email? 

Any suggestions?

Hi Elif,

Currently, there is no option to configure the Service Desk mail handler with a default reporter.
We do have a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
