Jira Mail Queue not flushing Automatically

Hi All,

The Jira mail queue in my instance is piling on mails but not dispatching them automatically.

I have checked the following things:

1) Mail Queue Service is scheduled at cron * * * * * ? implying mails should be flushed at every minute interval .

2) Outgoing mails are enabled , test mails are getting delivered quickly.

Can you please suggest If I am missing something

Hi @Hemanshu Sood,

You may want to look at the Kb Mail Queue Never Flushed Automatically Also try to check the logs for any error related to mail notifications, make sure you do not have a JIRA filter subscription is long running. Check if JIRA has enough resources as well.
