I have integrated Jira cloud app with Microsoft teams so that presaved filters are linked to our team channel.
I realized that despite whatever filter fields were saved, the fields that get pulled and are visible in teams are different. Example ( Key, Summary, Status, Priority, Assignee etc) vs. whatever custom fields i have already saved for that filter.
Is there a way to customize what fields get pulled? Am i only able to do this with the paid add - on?
@Lydia Roth Another interesting point. The filters do not have the fields/columns associated with them, they are with the user of the filter. Which means each user can view different columns to see the data for the same filter.

There are also many additional connectors on Atlassian Marketplace. Unfortunately, most of them are paid add-ons: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=microsoft%20teams
You can also use API and create more advanced integration on your own, but it will require development effort on your side.
