Jira Migration from 6.4 to 7.4.1

Dear Team,

We are planning to migrate our Jira 6.4 to 7.4 version with database upgrade from SQL 2008 to SQL 2012.

Can you please suggest and help to upgrade Jira with SQL upgrade?

Jira Server Details:

OS- Windows Server 2008 R2
System Type - 64 Bit
Current Jira Version - Atlassian JIRA Project Management Software (v6.4#64014-sha1:a67c353) 
Database - Microsoft SQL server 2008 upgrade to SQL 2012

Can you please guide how to migrate Jira 6.4 to 7.4.1?

There are some big changes in version 7, and you'll need to work through all the suggested docs
