Jira Misc Workflow Extension not executing post-functions at all

Hi all,

we just installed JMWE and having issues regarding licensing and functionality.

In the managed apps it shows "Unlicensed" allthough we started the free trial correctly. (see picture 1 and 3)

We tested the functionality and this failed.

We wanted a field value to be copied from the parent issue upon creation if the issue is some kind of sub task. (see pictures 2 and 3) nothingh happens.

Is all this due to the wrong license status or did I do anything wrong when defining the post function? (we tried with or without error handling)

Hi,

you need to click on Free Trial. This will generate a trial license and copy the license key into that page.

another user at our company did already.

at his account the license is shown as ok with key and stuff.

does every user has to do this?

2 admins did click on free trial and got the license... did not work.

now I also tried and it seems to work.

I don't know why...
