Hello Community,

Some of users from our organization would like to use jira mobile app, could you please help with the information if there is any added license or user cost involved in that ?

So far I have checked online documents available but did not see anything related.

Hi @Vishal welcome to the Atlassian community.

I believe you might already checked this Jira mobile app link . If not, please have a quick look.

As far as license and pricing is concerned, since you organization will already have a Jira software license, this app should be free. You just need to enter your email address, phone number and the organization domain (URL) that is linked to cloud.

So you are all set to "Manage boards and backlogs", "Create and edit issues", "manage SLA's" and view your team project boards.
