How to make qTest execution and testcase link section showing on Jira New Issue View just like on the old view?
Have you clicked the qTest icon?
I think it’s a bug on the Jira new issue view where clicking “qTest execution button/tab” does not lead to the detailed links when an issue is closed.
It looks like to me that the “qTest execution button/tab” is inactive when an issue is closed. How to keep the tab/button active of the closed screen of Jira workflow?

we have issues depending on the project and we see that the user need to be added as admin in order to properly see the section displayed. May I ask you guys which version of the add on are you using?

I've just downloaded this addon and the issue is still occurring where the white screen displays when you click the icon (se per the picture above.)
Are Tricentis aware of this issue, as it's blocking the use of this app until this is resolved
