I was not able to find an answer online.
When Jira send out a notification to a user, how can a user reply back to the same user without using the default email address that is in the system setting. Currently, my email address is the default for sending out notification and if someone in the team needs to reply to the notification, it will come to me. Any solution to this issue?
Reason you didn't the solution is coz it's not a valid question
Firstly, why would you configure your own email to the server?
Second, why would you want the email to be sent to particular user instead of JIRA?
Also, if you are replying to things in email what's the purpose of having JIRA?
Configure an outgoing email like jira@company.com. Configure an incoming email to add comments to tickets with the above mailbox if you want replies to be jira comments.
