Jira Notifications for target end

I´m trying to configure a Jira notification to inform me that the target date settled is due.

Is there any way to create this alert?

You can look at automation to achieve this. You would set up a scheduled rule to run daily and check if there are due issues and send an email if so.

Welcome to the community.

You could set up a saved filter to look for issue where target date matches your "due" criteria, and then set up a subscription to the filter to email you the results periodically.
