I rely heavily on Jira notifications in my Gmail inbox. I've noticed in the last few weeks that some Jira email notifications come with a huge Atlassian GIF which looks just like "ATI" in default view because the text in the GIF is so big it only shows the first bit. See attached image. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this and knows the cause or remedy? It seems to me this mostly comes up with tickets where there's been a "Notify Zendesk" action, or where someone from Zendesk has updated the Jira from within Zendesk, but I'm not sure there's a consistent pattern.
But it is annoying!
Hi Robin,
The case is still being investigated and for now, we were not able to reproduce on our end.
A bug was raised for our dev team to check and fix the issue.

All updates will be posted on the bug, so please, click on vote and watch to receive the updates.

Hi Robin,
We've recently received some questions related to this issue and we are investigating.
Based on the header of the emails, it has this information:
Content-Disposition: inline
Which shows that the images should be embedded, not shown as attachments. We'd expect this in this other case:
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="attached.png"
For now, we believe that there is something on Gmail that may be causing this.
We are still investigating and as soon as we confirm, I'll let you know.
Regards,
Angélica
