Jira Plan Columns Not Showing for Coworkers

We have been using Jira plans for a while.  I have permissions set correctly on plan and the filters.  Everyone can see my Plan.

My issue.

I added additional field columns to my plan, "labels", "Progress (issue count)" and Assignee.  None of my coworkers can see these new fields in my plan.

I had them restart browser, log in out of Jira, clear cache.  Nothing helped.

We are on the cloud version of Jira.

Columns for the fields in a plan are unique to the user.

Thank you.  I thought that might be the case but my manager is saying out of all the PMs, only mine it doing this.
