Jira Plugin Users

I am trying to update the current plugins installed in Jira instance.

Before I do that, I need to communicate to all users which uses various plugin

Is there any way to fine which users uses which plugin or plugins which havent been used in last 6 months

I am afraid to say that there is no way in JIRA to run a search and know which plugins are being used except asking directly your users.

Your best bet is to review access logs. There's not a great way beyond that afaik.
