Jira Pop-up notifications

Hey,

We use JIRA 6.4.6.

I would like to ask something about Pop-up Notifications in this version of JIRA.

When I trigger some issue event (like assign or update issue), nothing appears. 

Pop-up shows up only if I refresh page after triggering event.

Is it how it would works? Or am I doing something wrong?

PS: "Issue ... has beed succesfully created" pop-ups are showing up correctly. I don´t need pressing F5 after creating some issues.

I'm having the same issue. How does this pop-up notification work? It's occurring inconsistently, and we would like to turn it off.

The pop-up notification is annoying. I found the following issue opened to provide a way to disable it:

That's odd indeed, Tomáš!

Can you check if is this happening in different browsers?
Also, do you have any proxy or SSL configured? If so, try to by pass them and see if the same occurs (keep in mind to also change the Base URL when by-passing it).

Hey Andre, It´s happening in every browser :/ We have SSL configured, we tried to turn it off, but it doesn´t help. How are these notifications oficially called? I can´t find almost anything about them. TY Tomáš
