I have Project in Jira which have 2 Sub Projects (I have project X and below 2 Sub projects A & B)
I would like to have separate plans - one per sub project (lets say - Plan A , Plan B)
The problem now -
1) if changes will be done in Plan A , the owner of Plan B can do commit to them
2) There is no easy way to distiguish on "commit and review chanegs" window who perform the change and in which plan (while the safe way .. is not to enable the owner of Plan B to commit changes of Plan A owner)
Thanks
How are currently distinguished the 2 sub-projects?
I believe you should be able to create 2 JQL filters to split the issues in the required way and create 2 plans using the matching JQL filter as an issue source instead of the whole project.
You can read more on choosing the right issue source here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfolioserver/creating-and-deleting-a-plan-802170502.html
Cheers,
Thomas
