I need to see a stack of all the times someone has mentioned me in tickets, so I can address the concerns in those respective conversations.
Currently using Jira Pro. In other versions of jira I've used, this is a more central feature.
Hello @Josh Peterson
What do you mean with 'In other versions of jira I've used, this is a more central feature.' ?
@Fernando Bordallo Should I take this to mean you don't have an answer? This is kind of a secondary point.
But yes, if I recall correctly in the non-pro version, there's a 'bell' notifications icon that takes you to a list of all the recent times you've been mentioned in comments on a ticket.
This is a really important feature!
Otherwise comments loose their effectiveness with regards to telling someone who's not currently assigned to the ticket that they need to give some information or take an action.
Currently on my team we're talking in slack about how to make filters in Outlook so we could do this. You see, there's so many notification emails that people stop paying attention to them. Someone changed the status of a ticket, renamed it, etc. so people start to ignore and then when someone actually @ mentions you, you may miss it.
We might be able to do this in email, but like I said I think at my last company Jira looked slightly different and had this feature. Can it be done with Pro?
Thank you!

Hi Josh, are you talking about stuff like what this app does https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217434/in-app-desktop-notifications-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview ?
